Ayat Shukairy

I love writing; which is why blogging was second nature to me. I began working and blogging for INVESP from the very beginning. We have just celebrated our 1 year anniversary, and it is only fitting that we finally reveal the masterminds behind it all! I grew up in Detroit, MI. Not a very exciting city, but I loved to read and teach and aspired to become an English teacher.

Somewhere along the road I got involved with copywriting and creating content for the web; which took me in an entirely different direction. I am the creative director at INVESP, which involves directing and leading the conversion and content building teams through creation and implementation of our unique copy or content, strategies, and techniques. I’m also an avid blogger. My posts are generally related to my line of work, but I very often go on tangents when I want to share something of interest and value to our readership.

My two loves in this world are my children. They are the joy of my life; and as cruddy of a day I may be having, a smile from either my daughter or son will make it all okay. Now it’s obvious I’m a mom, so everyone who thought I was a male, you were very off! My ultra-ego avatar represents the “wild” me. Don’t let your mind wander too far though!
