Oh Cole, I am too addicted to it to stop using it. I think the main reason for its success is the cult following that it has. I do use reddit and stumble upon regularly as well. Which ones do you like?

Simple Solution, Stop using Digg. I have done it. There are way many alternatives out there.

@Alex, I see the point in protecting themselves. I think I have an issue in the way it was worded tho.

@Angel, stumbleupon is a whole other animal. We got a lot more traffic from stumble compared to digg.

I’m sick of Digg. I’m already on my second account but use it rarely. I much prefer Stumbleupon, that’s where all the cool kids are at.

I see your point, but I don’t exactly blame them for covering their rear with the legal documents. They’re making a lot of money now, and there’s no reason to cover themselves.

The changes are good, but the terms and conditions section is a bit much! They try to come off as a very friendly, welcoming, cool social media outlet yet they are as corporate as can be! All the stipulations they have can really turn off users.

I agree with you. The site definitely has some improvements, but that extra click in order to digg is pretty annoying!

Actually I liked the the new look of the profile section, easier to manage, and navigate.

I had similar frustration this morning with the extra click needed.

I can understand the trademark issue, however. If they don’t try and protect it, they lose it.
