Starting a small business based on talents or interests could be a great thing for an unemployed person. It takes their mind off the unemployment situation while they're doing something they love AND hopefully making a bit of money on the side. And who knows...perhaps it could turn into a real business someday! If people are going to be going into business in this economy, it’s a good time IF you do your homework and heed caution.
