Instead of focusing on landing page optimization best practices and good design, I will go the complete opposite route. I will show you bad, bad, bad landing page designs. </p>
<p> <span id="more-1597"></span>
</p>
<p><strong>Disclaimer:</strong> we all make mistakes and we all ignored some best practices now and then. However, sometimes these landing pages are full of mistakes that I cannot help myself but wonder about the brains behind them. For the most part, the post will contain little text or description. In theory bad design should be too obvious <img src='http://www.invesp.com/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p><a href="http://www.invesp.com/blog/images/blog-images/worst-10152009.gif"><img style="border-right-width: 0px; margin: 0px 20px 10px 0px; display: inline; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px" title="worst_10152009" border="0" alt="worst_10152009" align="left" src="http://www.invesp.com/blog/images/blog-images/worst-10152009-thumb.gif" width="181" height="482" /></a> </p>
<p>Every now and then I look at landing pages designed to sell “landing page optimization” service. So, the landing page of a landing page optimization company. If a company that provides optimization service is not capable of designing a good landing page for itself, why would a client trust them or even pay them to design his own landing page.
