Yesterday I presented Love your landing pages: Tips to increase ecommerce conversion hosted by Elastic Path’s Jason Billingsley. You can view the on demand version of the webinar here.

It was a great experience since it was my first webinar presentation and I have to say I enjoyed doing as much as giving live seminars! To sum up for those who missed out on the webinar:

Hi Ayat,

I attended the webinar and I thought the content was fantastic! A lot of it was seemingly very common sense (i.e. presenting the product details differently for different types of users), but as I’m sure you’re aware – many e-tailers are still missing the mark, and then wondering why conversion rates are low.

Hi Kelly, I’m glad you enjoyed the webinar. You’re absolutely right, they are common sense implementations. And mind you, I just skimmed over the surface of a portion of the many techniques ecommerce sites can implement. I think the biggest issue is the fact that behind every website there is a person who thinks that their ideas, copy, design, and layout are the best. Breaking that barrier and illuminating to the possible problems is a hurdle any conversion optimization company has to deal with.
