		<description>You can also experiment with RFM to get better and better results.  Do a smal marketing campaign and then graph response rates associated with each dimension -- R, F and M.  You may find higher response rates for F quintile 1 than for R quintile 1.  That would suggest that your unique customer base should be raned by FRM and not RFM.
