I liked the article. On the unicity of the benefits: I think this is very hard if not impossible to achieve. Even if you did, it would be for a very short time, until me-toos appear. This is why I would see as very important to have an USP (unique selling proposition) really unique and appealing to your target audience’s needs.

Simonne, I think that is one of the biggest challenges online business faces. Everything is so easy to copy. A business needs to have a USP but at the same time continue to develop it as more and more companies move into copying that USP.
