Bruce hits the nail on the head when he talks about geo-targeting. Unbeknown to many seo is that search engines already geo-target for searches. Nice one!

Agreed ! the geo-target tool in google webmaster tool allowed me to target different countries and regions even if my site is hosted in UK. Very cool :)
